And the Hits Just Keep Coming

GM Voices’ Epic Rock ‘n’ Soul Story Features a Geeky Twist

No one would dare to call GM Voices a one-hit wonder, ready to take its place next to such bands as The Knack and Kajagoogoo. For those who have been eagerly awaiting the company’s second hit single after “The Asterisk Song” and companion music video that dropped earlier this year, the wait is over. Grab your earbuds and crank up the volume on your desktop PC.

“The Asterisk Song” was dubbed “the greatest song ever written about open source telephony,” and its follow-up is no less heralded by GM Voices’ top management. “Everyone Connects,” is being called “the greatest song ever written about unified communications.”

Written by Marcus Graham, CEO of GM Voices, the song tells the story of Chad, an uber-geeky IT professional who selects an Avaya platform with GM Voices professional service to improve his call center. He becomes an overnight sensation, as this song is sure to do as well. Though the video pays tribute at the end to Bob Dylan and INXS, the song is more reminiscent of an early 1980s B-52s tune, mixed with a little of The Beatles’ “She’s Got a Ticket to Ride.”

But don’t take my word for it. Hear it for yourself at GM Voices’ Web site.

Better yet, be the first in your neighborhood to load the song onto your iPod so you can take it with you wherever you go. It’s sure to be the most fun your headphones have ever had.
